The project aimed to tackle the challenges of developing a more flexible rental or subscription offering to meet the specific needs of Dubai's large expat market. The implementation of this comprehensive back office solution significantly enhanced Al-Futtaim's operational capabilities, ensuring a seamless and efficient management system that positively impacted their business performance.
The primary goal was to create a tech solution capable of seamlessly integrating with Al-Futtaim's multiple internal and third party systems while being embedded within their rental operations. This required addressing the complexities of the UAE market, such as diverse documentation requirements and varying lease terms, and verification. The solution needed to provide a user-friendly experience, streamlining the booking process and ensuring efficient management of contracts, payments, and customer information.
Successful implementation of an automated customer journey and ground-up back office solution that seamlessly integrated with four third-party systems. This integration enabled efficient data exchange, improved operational workflows, and facilitated real-time decision-making. For the automation of driving licence and Emirates ID checks, the JRNY platform integrated global as well as regional third party services like Veriff and UAE Pass. This integration allowed for swift and accurate verification processes, eliminating the need for manual checks and enhancing the overall efficiency of the system.
